One of the most common requests I field regarding training is “Can you train our trainers NFPA 70E?”. The simple answer is YES. One of my favorite things to do is to instruct like-minded safety professionals the nuances of electrical safety and more specifically, what NFPA, OSHA, NEC, NESC and the IEEE have to say about electrical safety. One thing to keep in mind when considering the Train the Trainer option is the TtT course isn’t just instruction. The TtT course includes Amp Safety’s complete NFPA 70E (2024 Edition) Qualified Electrical Worker - 8 Hour Curriculum (NFPAQEW-8) which will be co-branded (allowing companies to instruct “their own” curriculum) with a 5 year license agreement (which will include 1 NFPA 70E cycle update), Amp Safety’s NFPAQEW-8 Resource Course-book (also cobranded), all necessary documents to host an unlimited amount of NFPAQEW-8 instructions, a very detailed Instructor’s Binder (per instructor) and 5 years worth of Amp Safety training support. Amp Safety’s NFPAQEW-8 curriculum is one of the most complete and comprehensive curriculums in the industry and contains over 250 slides. This curriculum is updated several times throughout the year insuring inclusion of some of the latest relevant information and updates.

Amp Safety’s TtT is a 16 hour instruction (2 consecutive 8 hour days) for up to 5 people (more can be instructed with prior approval). We highly recommend that attendees have a good working knowledge of Electrical Safety prior to the instruction. For cost savings, this instruction can be hosted at your facility without additional expense. We also recommend that each attendee have a current copy of NFPA 70E.
